By accessing or using GetYourHire AI at www.getyourhireai.com ("the Service"),
you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operator,

2. Service Description
GetYourHire AI provides AI-powered tools for job seekers and students, including:
- CV / Resume Checker — line-by-line AI analysis with feedback and improvement suggestions
- Cover Letter Writer — generates cover letters in English and German based on your CV and job description
- AI Job Finder — analyses your CV and matches your profile to job portals and categories worldwide
- Interview Preparation Hub — generates personalised interview questions, model answers, and preparation plans
- Study Abroad Advisor — AI-powered guidance for international university applications, including SOP writing, Letters of Recommendation guidance, document checklists, visa guidance, university shortlisting, and exam preparation
- AI Career Assistant — a chatbot for questions about job applications, CVs, and how to use this platform
All outputs are AI-generated. The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to limit usage, modify features, or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: All content generated by GetYourHire AI is produced by AI language models and is provided for guidance purposes only. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that is not suitable for your specific situation.
- AI-generated cover letters, CVs, SOPs, and interview answers are starting points, not final documents. Always review, personalise, and verify before use.
- AI-generated visa guidance, university requirements, and study abroad checklists are informational only. Requirements change frequently — always verify directly with the university and relevant embassy or immigration authority.
- AI-generated job matches and portal links are based on your profile and available data. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability.
- We make no warranty, express or implied, about the fitness of any AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
4. Data Processing & AI Models
By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- CV text, job descriptions, academic transcripts, and other content you enter into the tools are transmitted to Groq, Inc. (USA) for AI processing via their API
- This data is processed in memory and not permanently stored by GetYourHire AI
- The AI response is generated by one or more of the following models: Llama 3.3 70B, Llama 3.1 8B, Llama 3 8B (Meta AI), Gemma 2 9B (Google DeepMind) — all accessed via Groq
- A fallback system automatically selects available models when one reaches its usage limit — your data may be processed by any of the above models
- Voluntarily submitted feedback (name, email, message) is forwarded to the operator by email via Resend. It is not permanently stored in a database.
- You consent to international data transfer to the USA as described in our Privacy Policy
- GetYourHire AI does not use your submitted data to train any AI model

5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in any application, submission, or official document
- Ensuring that cover letters, CVs, and other materials you submit to employers are truthful and accurate
- Verifying visa, immigration, and university admission requirements independently from official sources
- Ensuring that you have the right to submit any content you enter into the tools (e.g. your own CV — do not enter third-party CVs without authorisation)
- Compliance with the laws and regulations of your country regarding job applications and student visa applications
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use GetYourHire AI to:
- Create fraudulent CVs, fabricated work experience, or false application documents
- Generate content that impersonates another person
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or overload the service
- Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Use automated scripts or bots to make bulk requests
- Systematically extract, scrape, or reproduce the service's outputs for commercial redistribution
We reserve the right to block access without notice if misuse is detected.
7. Study Abroad Advisor — Specific Disclaimer
This section is particularly important for students and parents using the Study Abroad tools.
- University requirements: All admission requirements, deadlines, tuition fees, and scholarship information provided are AI-generated estimates based on general knowledge. They may be outdated or incorrect. Always verify with the official university website.
- Visa guidance: Immigration and visa rules change frequently. Our visa guides are informational only and do not constitute legal or immigration advice. Consult the official embassy or consulate website for your country, or a registered immigration lawyer.
- SOPs and LORs: AI-generated Statements of Purpose and Letters of Recommendation are starting points. Final submissions must reflect your genuine experiences, achievements, and voice. Submitting an AI-generated SOP verbatim without personalisation may violate university academic integrity policies.
- Exam preparation: IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, and other exam guidance materials are for informational purposes only. Always refer to official exam provider websites for current test formats, rules, and registration information.
- No consultancy relationship: Using this tool does not create a consultancy or advisory relationship. GetYourHire AI is a tool, not a registered education or immigration consultant.
8. Intellectual Property
The GetYourHire AI website design, branding, code, and original content are the intellectual property of Narla Bharath.
AI-generated outputs (cover letters, SOPs, analysis results) are provided to you for your personal use. You may use, edit, and submit them — we claim no ownership over AI-generated content you create using this service.
The AI models are the intellectual property of their respective developers (Meta AI, Google DeepMind) and are used under their respective open-source or API licences via Groq.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GetYourHire AI and its operator shall not be liable for:
- Job rejections or failure to receive interviews or employment offers
- University application rejections or failure to receive admission offers
- Visa application rejections based on guidance from this service
- Financial loss of any kind arising from use of this service
- Inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate AI-generated content
- Service downtime, interruptions, or data loss
- Third-party actions by Groq, Render, or any other service provider
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
Our total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed EUR 100 (or equivalent in your local currency).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetYourHire AI and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses
(including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or submission of
fraudulent or harmful content.
11. Service Availability
GetYourHire AI is provided free of charge on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The AI tools depend on third-party APIs (Groq) which have usage limits — if daily limits are exceeded,
some features may be temporarily unavailable. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such limitations.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to block or restrict access
to any user without notice if misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
For EU / EEA users (GDPR): Nothing in these Terms overrides your mandatory rights under the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or EU consumer protection laws. Where GDPR applies, it takes precedence
over conflicting provisions in these Terms with respect to data protection.
For Indian users (DPDP Act): These Terms are subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
Your rights under the DPDP Act are preserved in full and are not limited by these Terms.

(we are not obliged to participate in such proceedings but will consider all good-faith complaints).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when we add new features, change data processors, or when legal requirements change.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
